With summer just around the corner, it’s time to put the matte powders and smokey eyes back on the shelf and pull out the tinted moisturizer and bright lipsticks! When it comes to summer beauty products, less is more. I think we can all agree that during the hot summer heat, there is nothing worst then feeling your makeup sweat right off. So gross! Here are a few of my holy grail beauty products that will keep you looking flawless all summer long.

Consider sunscreen your new bff this summer. Keeping your skin protected is key. Not only does applying sunscreen keep your skin safe from the harsh sun-rays, but it also helps with anti-aging. Win win!

Tinted Moisturizer

I love swapping out my foundation with a tinted moisturizer. What I love about tinted moisturizer is that it’s light but still provides coverage and evens out your skin tone like a foundation would. My favorite tinted moisturizer is the “Your Skin But Better CC+ Illumination Cream.” Not only does it give you that summer glow, but it also has SPF 50.

I feel like with all the new makeup products that have surfaced over the past year, blush has taken a seat on the back burner. For me, nothing screams vacay vibes more like healthy, glowy cheeks!

Anyone who knows me well or follows me on instagram would know that I love a good highlight. Highlighter is the perfect way to enhance your minimal look to show off your gorgeous features! The “L’oreal True Match Lumi Highlighter” has been my all time favorite for almost two years now. Also, the new Nars “Banc De Sable Highlighter Palette” has been giving me heart eyes!

As much as we love to bake in the summer sun, our skin doesn’t! I suggest a bronzer with a slight shimmer, applying it to your temples, cheeks, and the bridge of your nose. The NYC bronzer in “Sunny” is amazing, and its price tag isn’t bad either at just $3! And for the fair toned girls, I love Too Faced “Milk Chocolate Soleil Bronzer.”
